SellSold Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities
These Terms & Conditions govern how device quotes, inspections, pickups, and payments work on our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellSold services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and related policies.
2. Eligibility & Ownership
You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and that you are the lawful owner of any device you submit. Devices must be acquired legally and must not be stolen, blacklisted, counterfeit, financed, or subject to any claim, lien, or dispute.
3. Quotes, Inspection & Final Price
Prices shown online are indicative. Final price depends on physical inspection and verification of model, condition, and functionality at pickup or at a verification stage.
- Functional condition and diagnostics
- Cosmetic condition (scratches/dents)
- Display and battery health
- Parts originality and repair history
- Security/activation lock and identifiers
4. Right to Reject or Revise Offers
We may revise or cancel an offer if incorrect information was provided, hidden defects are found, verification fails, or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Data & Device Preparation
You are responsible for backing up and removing personal data, logging out of accounts, disabling activation locks, and doing a factory reset before handover. SellSold is not responsible for any data left on the device.
6. Payments
Payment is processed after successful verification/inspection, subject to the selected payment method and operational timelines.
7. Pickup & Logistics
Pickup timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, availability, or operational constraints.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Mumbai (unless required otherwise by applicable law).
